They've set up an amazing online process for seamless deliveries and pick-up orders. I went to their website, chose my time-slot for pick-up, and received a confirmation number. When I went to pick-up my order today, I was in and out of the shop in less than a minute. For Sunday breakfast, I got the pecan sticky bun, cheesecake danish, multigrain bread, and chocolate hazelnut crufganyot. They even threw in a free baguette with our order which we turned into a veggie sandwich and turkey sandwich. So delicious! If it's your first time at Patis, I'd definitely recommend their croissant, almond croissant, and pecan sticky bun. Can't go wrong with anything here!read less

Door was open and the lady behind the counter was gracious and offered to go in the back and see what was ready for purchase. Picked up a few croissants, bagel and cheese stick and she also sold me some cream cheese ! My co workers were impressed and loved everything! Had the Pastrami lox croissant (omg) and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Avocado toast and quiche. We both thought our latte and cappuccino were great too. We brought home loads of goodies including heavenly cranberry pecan bread, my 2 favorites--Halvah/Rosewater croissants & Pecan Sticky Buns and new items (for me), Chocolate Peanut Butter Eclair and Strawberry Lemonade Eclair. My family will be very happy with tomorrow night's dessert selections. If you still have not made it to Patis, you are sadly missing out on some of the best pastries around!read less

Here's the issue, if you're on your way to work, forget it. You stand there waiting for one person to take care of you while two others talk to each other and pretend not to see you. Love the pastries, can't wait for the chatter to end to be taken care of. The comments that it's pricey is correct but they are fancy pastries/breads. That being said, don't think they are properly located. Btw, the oven is a bit hot, the food is on the dark side. Try it out though for yourself. Update: Been in few times since my last review and I have to give it kudos for how much better the staff is. The choices in the bread, pastries and desserts have expanded tremendously. Everything not only looks delicious, it tastes delicious. Try the fresh made yams and the artisan breads, together- Wow.read less

Wow everything we ordered was outstanding. The bread was delicious. I wrote a note for my flavor macarons and they ordered those correctly I ordered some chocolates, and asked for no coffee or mocha. There was a handwritten note on the chocolates, sorry they are pre packaged at the beginning of the week. I thought that was a nice gesture.
